Patrick Chesney

Associate

Patrick is a proud California native and, with the exception of two brief stints in New Orleans and Miami (where he had the pleasure of enduring three hurricanes, including Hurricane Katrina), has lived in the Golden State for his entire life. As the firm’s junior associate, Patrick enjoys working with the majority of Gallo + Associates, LLP’s clients. His practice areas include:

• Contractual disputes;
• Employment law;
• Consumer and investor fraud;
• Class actions;
• Investigating regulatory compliance and fraud by for-profit trade schools.

Patrick graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in May 2009, and was ranked within the top third of his class. At Hastings, Patrick was an active member of the Hastings Moot Court Team; he was awarded Best Brief in the David E. Snodgrass Intramural Moot Court Competition and was a quarterfinalist in the Rendigs National Product Liability Moot Court Competition. Patrick also served as the Lead Executive Editor for Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and, during his third year. Prior to attending law school, Patrick graduated from Pomona College in 2003 with a B.A. in Politics.
